- Extensive reporting services for the entire team at the OEM (market participants visited, extent of the OEM’s performance presentation, knowledge of OEM requirements, determination of sales expectations, support budget, etc.) with presentation to the OEM with simultaneous derivation of key sales figures and success criteria
- Technical support on site / communicator to the OEM
- Realization of approx. 100 contracts with new contractual partners for the OEM
- Training of OEM employees in view of the excellent results
- Other OEMs made use of the same services based on the results achieved
